Football in the Community
Manchester United continues to fund its Football in the Community scheme which has a particular focus on coaching local young people.
Over one million local people have benefited from the scheme since it was set up in 1992. Its aim is to coach all people, adults and children alike, from grass roots level to excellence.
The scheme encourages all sectors of the community to become involved and last year alone saw over 220,000 local people taking part in the programme.
